This product is a blood volume expander. After intravenous injection, it can increase plasma colloidal osmotic pressure, absorb extravascular water to increase blood volume, and increase and maintain blood pressure. Its blood volume expansion effect is weaker and shorter than that of dextran 70, but its effect on improving microcirculation is stronger than that of dextran 70. It can disaggregate already aggregated red blood cells and platelets, reduce blood viscosity, improve microcirculation, and prevent thrombosis. In addition, it also has an osmotic diuretic effect. This product has strong antigenicity. Since there are bacteria that produce this product in the normal intestine, some patients will have allergic reactions even after the first injection of this product. Mainly skin and mucous membrane allergic reactions.

This product is a sterile aqueous solution of dextran 40 and 5% glucose. Its average molecular weight is 40,000.

This product is a colorless, slightly viscous, clear liquid. Sometimes it has a slight opalescence and tastes sweet.

Prevention of postoperative venous thrombosis, used for limb replantation and vascular surgery to prevent postoperative thrombosis. 3. During extracorporeal circulation, it replaces part of the blood and pre-fills the artificial heart-lung machine, which can save blood and improve circulation.

Intravenous drip. The dosage depends on the condition. The common dosage for adults is 250-500 ml at a time. It should not exceed 1000 ml to 1500 ml within 24 hours. The dosage for infants is 5 ml/kg, and the dosage for children is 10 ml/kg. Shock cases: The dosage can be larger and the speed can be faster. The drip speed is 20-40 ml/min. The maximum dose on the first day can be up to 20 ml/kg. Dehydration must be corrected before use. Prevention of postoperative thrombosis: 500 ml is given during or after surgery, usually 500 ml/day on the first and second days after surgery. Intravenous drip at a speed of 2 to 4 hours. For high-risk patients, the course of treatment can be up to 10 days. Vascular embolic disease: It should be slowly dripped, generally 250 ml to 500 ml each time. Once a day or every other day. 7 to 10 times is a course of treatment.

1. Allergic reaction. A small number of patients may experience allergic reaction, manifested as skin itching, urticaria, nausea, vomiting, and asthma. In severe cases, lips may become cyanotic and collapse. Blood pressure may drop sharply, bronchospasm may occur, and some patients may even experience anaphylactic shock and even death. The incidence of allergic reaction is about 0.03-4.7%. People with allergic constitution should undergo skin test before use. 2. Fever, chills, swollen lymph nodes, arthritis, etc. may occur occasionally. 3. Bleeding tendency, which may cause coagulation disorder and prolong bleeding time. This reaction is often related to the dose.
