Function and Efficacy
This product is a H2 receptor antagonist of the guanyl thiazole class, which has the characteristics of high affinity for H2 receptors, and has a significant inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion, and has an inhibitory effect on basal secretion and the increase of gastric acid and pepsin caused by various stimuli. This product does not change the gastric emptying rate, does not interfere with pancreatic function, and has no adverse effects on the cardiovascular system and kidney function. This product is different from cimetidine, but it is similar to ranitidine, that is, long-term high-dose treatment does not cause androgen antagonism side effects such as male breast development, impotence, lack of libido, and female breast pain and galactorrhea, etc. It has no teratogenic, carcinogenic, drug enzyme inhibitory and androgen inhibitory effects.

Indication
Mainly used for: 1. Peptic ulcer bleeding. 2. Acute gastric mucosal damage complicated by stress state and gastrointestinal bleeding caused by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Usage and Dosage
1 Adults: Ⅰ. Intravenous injection: 20 mg once, twice a day, dissolve in 20 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection or glucose injection, slowly inject intravenously or mix with infusion for intravenous drip. Ⅱ. Intramuscular injection: 20 mg once, twice a day, dissolve in 1-1.5 ml of injection water, and inject intramuscularly. 2 Children: The dosage is generally 0.4 mg/kg once, twice a day, and the usage is the same as above.
Adverse Reactions
A small number of patients may experience dry mouth, dizziness, insomnia, constipation, diarrhea, rash, facial flushing, increased blood pressure, menstrual disorders, leukopenia, and occasionally mild increase in transaminase.
