Function and Efficacy
This product is a broad-spectrum antifungal drug. At a concentration of 4 mg/L, it can inhibit the growth of most fungi. This product interferes with the activity of cytochrome P450, thereby inhibiting the biosynthesis of ergosterol, the main steroid in the fungal cell membrane, damaging the fungal cells and changing their permeability, resulting in the leakage of important intracellular substances; this product can also inhibit the biosynthesis of triglycerides and phospholipids in fungi, inhibit the activity of oxidases and peroxidases, cause the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide in cells, and lead to cell submicrostructure degeneration and cell necrosis. For Candida albicans, it can inhibit the process of transformation from spores to invasive hyphae. Triamcinolone acetonide acetate has the anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and vasoconstriction effects of topical glucocorticoids. Neomycin sulfate is effective against Staphylococcus aureus (methicillin-sensitive strains) and Corynebacterium spp.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation, and its components are 100 mg of miconazole nitrate, 10 mg of triamcinolone acetonide acetate, and 30,000 units of neomycin sulfate per 10 g.

Indication
This product is used for skin eczema, contact dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, neurodermatitis, tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea manuum and pedis, etc.
Usage and Dosage
For external use, apply directly to the affected area of the skin, 2 to 3 times a day.
