Function and Efficacy
This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Its analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects work by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins. It is rapidly absorbed after rectal administration, and its plasma protein binding rate is higher than 99%. T1/2 is generally 13 hours. It is metabolized in the liver and excreted through the kidneys. About 95% is excreted in the urine in its original form and its conjugates.

Indication
It is used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as joint pain, neuralgia, muscle pain, migraine, headache, dysmenorrhea, and can also be used to reduce fever caused by the common cold or influenza.
Usage and Dosage
Rectal administration: 1 tablet at a time, repeat every 6-8 hours if necessary.
Adverse Reactions
1. Itchy skin, shortness of breath, dyspnea, asthma, tinnitus, lower limb edema, stomach burning sensation, indigestion, stomach pain or discomfort, constipation, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, nausea and vomiting, etc. 2. Blurred vision or visual impairment, hearing loss, diarrhea, palpitations and sweating, etc. 3. Gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney damage (allergic nephritis, kidney disease, renal papillary necrosis and renal failure, etc.), urticaria, allergic rash, depression, muscle weakness, bleeding or granulocytopenia and liver damage are less common.
Precautions
This product should not be used by people with a history of allergy to this product or similar drugs, or those who have experienced asthma, rhinitis, and nasal polyposis syndrome caused by aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is also contraindicated in patients with active gastric and duodenal ulcers.
Drug Interactions
1 When drinking alcohol or taking it with other anti-inflammatory drugs, gastrointestinal adverse reactions increase and there is a risk of ulcers. 2 When used with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol, the bleeding time is prolonged. Bleeding tendency may occur and there is a possibility of gastrointestinal ulcers. 3 This product can reduce the sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects of furosemide. 4 This product can inhibit the excretion of lithium with urine, which increases the blood concentration of lithium. 5 When used with probenecid, the blood concentration of this product increases and T1/2 is prolonged. The efficacy can be increased, but the toxic reaction is also increased accordingly. 6 Overdose and overdose poisoning should be treated urgently, including vomiting or gastric lavage, oral activated carbon and antacids, symptomatic and supportive therapy, and reasonable use of diuretics.
