Function and Efficacy
The mechanism of action is to inhibit bacterial DNA helicase. It has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, and has strong antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Klebsiella and other Enterobacteriaceae negative bacilli, as well as influenza bacilli, typhoid bacilli, Shigella dysenteriae, and gonococci. It is also better than norfloxacin and pefloxacin mesylate in antibacterial effects against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter, Staphylococcus aureus, Pneumococcus, alpha-hemolytic streptococci, beta-hemolytic streptococci, etc., but has little effect on pneumococci and group A streptococci. There is no cross-resistance with other antibiotics, and β-lactam, aminoglycoside, and sulfonamide resistant strains are still sensitive to this product.

Appearance
This product is off-white or slightly yellow tablets with slight hidden spots on the surface.
Indication
Suitable for bacterial vaginosis and gonococcal cervicovaginitis.
Usage and Dosage
For vaginal administration, the patient should clean the vulva before taking the medicine, lie on the back, and insert the product deep into the vagina. Take 1 tablet once a night, and one course of treatment is seven days.
Adverse Reactions
The use of this product may occasionally cause vaginal discomfort, burning sensation, falling sensation, pain, edema, etc.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to this product and quinolones.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: The safety of this product in infants and adolescents under 18 years of age has not been determined. However, this product can cause joint lesions when used in several young animals. Therefore, it should not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Animal experiments have not confirmed that quinolones are teratogenic, but studies on the use of drugs in pregnant women have not yet reached a clear conclusion. Since this drug can cause joint lesions in underage animals, it is contraindicated for pregnant women, and lactating women should suspend breastfeeding when using this product. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients often have impaired renal function, and since this product is partially excreted through the kidneys, it needs to be used in reduced doses.
