Function and Efficacy
This product was administered orally to experimental dogs with renal hypertension at a dose of 0.2g/kg, which significantly reduced blood pressure from 190/142mmHg to 153/98mmHg 2 hours after oral administration. This product was administered orally to dogs and cats at 0.2g/kg and 0.4g/kg, which slowed the heart rate 20 minutes later and lasted for 5 hours. This product was administered orally to rats at 0.3g/kg and 0.6g/kg, which significantly counteracted arrhythmias caused by aconitine, calcium chloride and coronary artery ligation, and its anti-arrhythmic mechanism may be related to the effect on calcium ion influx. This product was administered orally to mice at 0.6g/kg and 1.2g/kg, which reduced spontaneous activity in mice and had a synergistic effect with sodium pentobarbital, increasing the number of times the righting reflex disappeared in mice.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains 218.55 mg of Apocynum venetum leaf, 171 mg of wild chrysanthemum, 184.2 mg of Stephania tetrandra, 15 mg of magnesium trisilicate, 1.6 mg of hydralazine sulfate, 1.6 mg of hydrochlorothiazide, 1.05 mg of promethazine hydrochloride, 1 mg of chlordiazepoxide, 0.5 mg of vitamin B1, 0.5 mg of vitamin B6, and 0.25 mg of calcium pantothenate.

Appearance
