Before use, dissolve in 250-500ml of 5% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection and drip intravenously. For cardiovascular diseases, 200mg/time, twice a day, 10-15 days as a course of treatment; for retinal artery and vein occlusion and sudden deafness, 200-400mg/time, once a day, 10-20 days as a course of treatment, and can be used continuously for 2-3 courses.

Precautions for the elderly: For patients with normal liver and kidney function, this product is suitable for elderly patients, but the total continuous dose for elderly people over 65 years old should not exceed 5 grams. Considering the decline in renal function in elderly patients, it should be used under the supervision of a doctor.

This drug is a compound containing phenolic hydroxyl groups. When it comes into contact with alkali, the solution turns yellow and forms complexes with metal ions. Therefore, during use, it should not be placed in alkaline solution for a long time and should avoid contact with metal ions.
