Function and Efficacy
The structure is similar to that of papaverine. Single or continuous administration can increase blood flow to the brain, heart, kidneys and limbs. It can directly relax vascular smooth muscle to dilate blood vessels, and has a selective and sustained dilation effect on the brain, kidneys, blood vessels and coronary arteries, thereby increasing blood flow. The effect is weaker and more lasting than that of papaverine. This product can also promote collateral circulation. It has almost no effect on respiration, heart rate, cardiac output, myocardial oxygen consumption, blood pressure, etc.

Indication

Usage and Dosage
800-1200 mg/day. 100-200 mg each time, 3-4 times a day. After the symptoms improve, the dosage can be reduced to 300-400 mg a day. For cerebrovascular diseases, generally take 200-400 mg each time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
It can cause nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, upper abdominal discomfort, and sometimes facial flushing, dizziness, headache, rash, pruritus, dry mouth, palpitations, hypotension, numbness, tremor, tachycardia, sweating, etc.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for use in patients in the acute stage of severe cerebrovascular accident, pregnant women, and lactating women.
