Asarone for injection

This product can counteract histamine and acetylcholine, relieve bronchospasm and calm asthma, and also has a strong inhibitory effect on the cough center; this product can cause increased secretion, thin thick sputum, reduce sputum viscosity, and make it easier to cough up; this product has a similar effect as aminophylline in relaxing bronchial smooth muscles. This product can also increase the electrical stimulation threshold of the cerebral cortex, inhibit the synaptic conduction of electrical stimulation and the spread of epileptic electricity.

(E)-2,4,5-Trimethoxy-1-propenylbenzene

This product is white or off-white loose lumps.

Used for pneumonia, bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease accompanied by cough, sputum, wheezing, etc.

Intravenous push: 16-24 mg at a time, diluted in 40 ml of 20% glucose injection, slowly intravenously pushed, 2-3 times a day. The dosage for children is reduced as appropriate. Intravenous drip: Adults: 16-24 mg at a time, children: 0.5 mg/kg at a time, diluted with 5% or 10% glucose injection to a 0.01%-0.02% solution, twice a day.

A small number of patients may experience mild adverse reactions, such as dry mouth, dizziness, nausea, stomach discomfort, palpitations, constipation, and rarely shock.

It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product.

Keep away from light and sealed. Valid for 12 months.
