This product is suitable for malnourished cancer patients, including cachexia, anorexia, chewing and swallowing disorders, etc. It is also suitable for patients with other diseases who have increased fat or ω-3 fatty acid requirements, providing patients with complete nutrition or nutritional supplements. The patient's gastrointestinal function should be suitable for enteral nutrition.

This product is used by tube feeding or oral administration, and the daily dose should be calculated according to the patient's weight and nutritional status. 1. Patients who use this product as the only source of nutrition: When the patient is not cachectic, the recommended dose is 20~25ml (about 30kcal)/kg per day based on body weight. For patients with cachexia, the recommended dose is 30~40ml (about 40~50kcal)/kg per day based on body weight. 2. Patients who use this product to supplement nutrition: The recommended dose is 400~1200ml (520~1560kcal) per day. When administering by tube feeding, the dose should be increased gradually, with the rate on the first day being about 20ml/hour. Increase by 20ml/hour daily thereafter, with a maximum drip rate of 100ml/hour.

If the infusion is too rapid or the dosage is severely excessive, gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea, vomiting or diarrhea may occur.

The following patients are contraindicated: - Decreased gastrointestinal tone, acute pancreatitis - Gastrointestinal failure, severe indigestion or malabsorption - Intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding - Severe liver and kidney dysfunction - Congenital metabolic disorders to the nutrients contained in this product

Precautions for children: This product is formulated according to the nutritional requirements of adults and is mainly used in adult patients. There is less clinical experience in children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women in the first three months of pregnancy and women of childbearing age should not take more than 10,000 IU of vitamin A per day. This factor should be considered when this product is used with other nutritional preparations containing vitamin A. Precautions for the elderly: This product is suitable for elderly patients.

This product contains vitamin K. Patients using coumarin anticoagulants should be aware of drug interactions.

Store below 25℃, do not freeze, and keep sealed. After opening, store in refrigerator (2~10℃) for up to 24 hours. The validity period is tentatively set at 12 months.
