Inositol Nicotinate Tablets
Function and Efficacy
This product is a mild peripheral vasodilator, which is gradually hydrolyzed into niacin and inositol in the body, so it has the pharmacological effects of both niacin and inositol, and has lipid-lowering effects. Its vasodilating effect is milder and more lasting than that of niacin, and it does not have side effects such as flushing and stomach discomfort after taking niacin. This product can selectively dilate blood vessels in lesions and sensitive areas stimulated by cold, while its dilating effect on normal blood vessels is weaker. In addition, it has the effects of dissolving blood clots, anticoagulation, anti-fatty liver, and reducing capillary fragility. Toxicology This product is hydrolyzed into niacin and inositol in the body, among which the LD50 of niacin is 7g/kg (oral) for rats and 5g/kg (subcutaneous) for rats.

Indication
This product is used as an auxiliary treatment for hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis, and various peripheral vascular disorders (such as occlusive arteriosclerosis, acromial artery spasm, frostbite, vascular migraine, etc.).
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration, 3 times a day, 0.2-0.6g each time, for 1-3 months.
