This product is a congener of cyanocobalamin B12. It is an important coenzyme for the synthesis of nucleotides in cells, participates in methyl conversion and folic acid metabolism in the body, and promotes the reduction of methylfolate to tetrahydrofolate; it also participates in the tricarboxylic acid cycle, which is very important for the formation of lipoproteins in nerve myelin, and can keep sulfhydryl enzymes in an active state, thereby participating in a wide range of protein and fat metabolism. Appearance
This product is a light red freeze-dried block or loose powder.
Indication
It is mainly used for megaloblastic anemia, nutritional anemia, anemia during pregnancy, multiple neuritis, radiculitis, trigeminal neuralgia, sciatica, nerve paralysis. It can also be used for leukocytopenia caused by nutritional products and radiation and drugs.
Usage and Dosage
Intramuscular injection, 0.5-1.5 mg/time, once a day

Drug Interactions
1. It should not be mixed with chlorpromazine, vitamin C, vitamin K, etc. in the same container. 2. Chloramphenicol reduces its absorption. 3. Cholestyramine can combine with vitamin B12 to reduce its absorption. 4. It is incompatible with glucose solution. 5. It cannot be used together with sodium para-aminosalicylate.
