Function and Efficacy

The acetaminophen and isopropyl antipyrine in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and have antipyretic and analgesic effects: anhydrous caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant and can enhance the antipyretic and analgesic effects of the first two. This product is mainly rapidly absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract, with the plasma peak of acetaminophen appearing within 30-120 minutes and a half-life of 3-4 hours. It is mainly metabolized by the liver into glucuronic acid and sulfate compounds and excreted through the kidneys. The plasma peak of isopropyl antipyrine appears within 15-30 minutes and a half-life of 1-3 hours. It is also mainly metabolized by the liver and excreted through the kidneys.

Ingredients

Acetaminophen 250 mg, isopropyl antipyrine 150 mg, anhydrous caffeine 50 mg. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, formaldehyde casein, corn starch, magnesium stearate, talc, micro powder silica gel.

Appearance

This product is white tablets.

Indication

It is used to treat fever caused by the common cold or influenza, and is also used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, joint pain, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, and dysmenorrhea.

Usage and Dosage

Oral administration: Children over 6 years old take 0.5-1 tablet at a time; Adults take 1-2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day.

Adverse Reactions

Leukocytosis, methemoglobinemia and thrombocytopenia, as well as other allergic reactions such as anorexia, nausea, vomiting, and rash are occasionally seen.

Precautions

It is contraindicated in patients with a history of hemolytic anemia or severe liver or kidney dysfunction.

Drug Interactions
