Indication

This product is used for the combined treatment of diseases caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection and severe methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and difficult-to-treat Legionella infections.

Usage and Dosage

Intravenous drip. Adults: General infection: 500 mg once, dissolved in 250 ml of 5% glucose injection, twice a day; moderate to severe infection: 1000 mg once, dissolved in 500 ml of 5% grape injection, twice a day: the drip rate should not be too fast. Children: The dosage is 10-30 mg/kg body weight per day, twice a day, the drip rate should not be too fast, or follow the doctor's advice. Intravenous push. Adults: 500 mg once, 2-3 times a day. Push slowly.

Adverse Reactions

1. Temporary yellowing of the sclera or skin may occur when the infusion is too fast. 2. A small number of patients may experience transient liver damage, jaundice and kidney damage. 3. Other adverse reactions include nausea, loss of appetite and dizziness, and occasionally tinnitus, hearing loss, allergic dermatitis, etc.
