Compound Anisodine Injection

Animal model tests on rabbit primary and secondary ocular ischemia and ocular vascular occlusive ischemia showed that this product can accelerate the recovery of normal levels of vasoactive substances in the ischemic area of the eye, relieve vasospasm, maintain normal tension and vasodilation of choroidal vessels, increase blood flow, improve blood supply, and promote rapid recovery of ischemic tissue.

This product is a compound preparation, its components are: anisodine hydrobromide and procaine hydrochloride.

This product is a colorless clear liquid.

Used for ischemic optic nerve, retina, and choroidal lesions.

Subcutaneous injection near the superficial temporal artery of the affected side is given once a day, 2 ml each time (for acute and severe cases, injection near the bulb can be added, once a day), 14 times is a course of treatment. Depending on the condition, 2 to 4 courses of treatment can be given.

1. A small number of patients experience mild dry mouth after injection, which disappears in 15 to 20 minutes.

It is contraindicated in the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage or eye hemorrhage. It is contraindicated in patients with a history of procaine allergy.
