Function and Efficacy
It has astringent, gastric mucosal protective and antibacterial effects. Because this product is insoluble in water, it forms a protective film on the gastric mucosal wound surface after oral administration, reducing the irritation of food to the gastric mucosa; in the intestine, bismuth combines with hydrogen sulfide to form insoluble bismuth sulfide (Bi2S3) on the intestinal mucosa, slowing down intestinal peristalsis; at the same time, bismuth salts also have antibacterial effects.

Indication
It is used for diarrhea, abdominal distension, etc. caused by gastrointestinal dysfunction and malabsorption; it can also be used for chronic gastritis and to relieve stomach pain, heartburn (heartburn), and acid reflux caused by excessive gastric acid.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration, 0.3-2g each time, 3 times a day. Take before meals.
