Appearance

This product is a film-coated tablet, which appears white or off-white after removing the film coating.

Indication

Used for gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer.

Usage and Dosage

For adults, take orally 10 mg (1 tablet) twice a day, after meals or before bedtime.

Adverse Reactions

The side effects are mild. A few patients experience headache, drowsiness, diarrhea, nausea, skin flushing, rash, leukopenia, occasional thrombocytopenia, increased GOT and GPT, etc. The incidence of side effects is low, the toxicity is low, and the tolerance is good.

Precautions

This product is contraindicated for use by persons known to be allergic to this product or its ingredients.

Drug Interactions

Therefore, caution should be exercised when this product is used in combination with warfarin, phenytoin sodium, theophylline, phenobarbital, diazepam or propranolol and cimetidine.
