Function and Efficacy
Naphtholine: It has a constrictive effect on conjunctival blood vessels, mainly due to the direct stimulation of the drug on the beta-adrenergic receptors on the conjunctival arterioles, resulting in reduced conjunctival congestion. Naphtholine is an adrenergic drug. Chlorpheniramine maleate: It has a strong antihistamine effect and is used to relieve allergic symptoms of the eye. Vitamin B12: It has an important neurotropic effect. It is closely related to the metabolism of myelinated nerve fibers in the central and peripheral regions and can maintain the integrity of the functions of the above fibers.

Indication
Suitable for symptoms such as eyestrain, conjunctival congestion, and itchy eyes.
Usage and Dosage
Eye drops. 3 to 4 times a day, 1 to 2 drops each time. The frequency of eye drops can be increased appropriately according to age and symptoms.
Adverse Reactions
Local reactions: dilated pupils, increased congestion, irritation, eye discomfort, blurred vision, punctate keratitis, tearing, increased intraocular pressure. Systemic symptoms: dizziness, headache, nausea, sweating, restlessness, drowsiness, weakness, increased blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, high blood sugar.
Precautions
1. Angle-closure glaucoma. 2. Patients who are allergic to any ingredient of this product are prohibited from using this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: 1. Infants and children must use this product under the guidance of a physician. 2. Children, especially infants, may experience central nervous system depression, leading to coma and a significant drop in body temperature. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.
Drug Interactions
When maprotiline or tricyclic antidepressants are used in combination with this product, the blood pressure-increasing effect of naphtholine may be enhanced.
