The antibacterial property is similar to that of cefazolin, and it has good antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis, Haemophilus influenzae, etc.

The main ingredient of this product is cefaclor, and its chemical name is: (6R,7R)-7-[(R)-2-amino-2-phenylacetylamino]-3-chloro-8-oxo-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid monohydrate

The content of this product is off-white to slightly yellow powder.

This product is mainly suitable for respiratory system, urinary system, ENT, skin and soft tissue infections caused by sensitive bacteria.

This product is suitable for oral administration on an empty stomach. The usual dosage for adults is 0.25g once, 3 times a day. In case of severe infection, the dosage can be doubled, but the total daily dosage should not exceed 4g, or follow the doctor's advice. Children are generally given 20mg/kg per day according to body weight, divided into 3 times. In severe infection, the dosage can be increased to 40mg/kg, but the total daily dosage should not exceed 1g.

1. Common gastrointestinal reactions: soft stools, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, heating, etc. 2. Serum sickness-like reactions are more common than other antibiotics, especially in children, with typical symptoms including skin reactions and joint pain. 3. Allergic reactions: rash, urticaria, eosinophilia, vulvar itching, etc. 4. Others: mild increase in serum aminotransferase, urea nitrogen and creatinine, proteinuria, tubular urine, etc.

Patients who are allergic to cefaclor and other cephalosporins are contraindicated.

Precautions for children: The efficacy and safety of this product for infants under one month have not yet been established. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution in pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: According to literature reports, compared with healthy adult subjects under 45 years old, 40-50% of healthy elderly subjects (over 65 years old) who took 750 mg of cefaclor alone had high AUC and 20% had low renal clearance. These differences are mainly caused by age-related functional renal diseases. In clinical studies, when elderly patients took the recommended adult dose, the clinical effect and safety were similar to those of adult patients, and the doses taken by elderly patients were no different. Therefore, unless the elderly patients are weak, malnourished, and have severe renal impairment, there is generally no need to adjust the dose.

1. Furosemide, ethacrynic acid, bumetanide and other strong diuretics, carmustine, streptozocin and other antineoplastic drugs and aminoglycoside antibiotics and other nephrotoxic drugs combined with this product may increase nephrotoxicity. 2. Clavulanic acid can enhance the antibacterial activity of this product against certain Gram-negative bacteria that are resistant to this product due to the production of β-lactamase. 3. Oral administration of probenecid can delay the excretion of this product.
