Afencamin Tablets

Aspirin and acetaminophen in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and have antipyretic and analgesic effects; caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant that can enhance the antipyretic and analgesic effects of the above drugs; chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that can relieve runny nose and sneezing symptoms caused by colds.

This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains 230 mg of aspirin, 126 mg of acetaminophen, 30 mg of caffeine, and 1 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate. The excipients are:

It is suitable for relieving symptoms such as fever, headache, sore limbs, sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion caused by the common cold and influenza.

Oral administration: Adults, 1 to 2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day.

1 Gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort or pain may occur. 2 Occasionally, skin allergic reactions, bronchial asthma, and reversible liver damage may occur.

This product should not be used together with chloramphenicol, barbiturates (such as phenobarbital), antispasmodics (such as belladonna), phentolamine, and digitalis glycosides. 5.
