This product is a white tablet with cut lines.

Indication

This product is a bronchodilator. It is suitable for bronchial asthma, asthmatic bronchitis, acute bronchitis with increased bronchial reactivity, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Usage and Dosage

Oral administration. Adults: 50 μg once a day, before bedtime or 50 μg twice a day, in the morning and before bedtime. Children over 6 years old: 25 μg once, same as adults. Children can increase or decrease the dosage according to age and weight.

Adverse Reactions

General adverse reactions 1. Occasionally dry mouth, nasal congestion, fatigue, nausea, stomach discomfort, muscle tremors, headaches, dizziness or tinnitus, rash, arrhythmia, palpitations, facial flushing, etc. may occur. 2. Occasionally, liver dysfunction such as increased AST (GOT), ALT (GPT), and LDH may occur. Serious adverse reactions 1. Shock, allergic symptoms: Shock and allergic symptoms are rare, so you should observe carefully, reduce the dose or stop the administration when abnormalities are found, and take appropriate measures. 2. There have been reports of severe low serum potassium values. The effect of lowering serum potassium values will be enhanced by the combined use of xanthine derivatives, steroid preparations and diuretics, so patients with severe asthma should pay special attention. In addition, hypoxemia sometimes enhances the effect of low serum potassium values on heart rhythm, so it is best to monitor serum potassium values at this time.

Avoid using it at the same time with monoamine oxidase inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants.
