Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride is a nasal decongestant that can eliminate nasal and pharyngeal mucosal congestion and relieve nasal congestion symptoms; dextromethorphan hydrobromide is a central antitussive that can directly act on the medulla oblongata cough center to inhibit the cough reflex, but it is non-addictive; chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that has the effect of eliminating or reducing tearing, sneezing and runny nose.

This product is a compound preparation. Each milliliter contains the main ingredients: 2 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide, 6 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, and 0.4 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate.

This product is a red clear viscous liquid with a fragrant smell and sweet taste.

It is suitable for relieving symptoms such as cough, sputum, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, sore throat, etc. caused by the common cold, influenza and allergies.

Oral administration: Children over 12 years old and adults, 10 ml each time, 3 to 4 times a day, not more than 4 times in 24 hours.

A small number of patients may experience drowsiness, dizziness, palpitations, excitement, insomnia, nausea, etc., which will disappear on their own after stopping the medication.

Contraindicated in women during the first 3 months of pregnancy
