Function and Efficacy
This product has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, especially high antibacterial activity against aerobic Gram-negative bacilli. It has good antibacterial activity in vitro against the following bacteria: most bacteria of the Enterobacteriaceae family, including Citrobacter, Enterobacter cloacae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus, Salmonella, Shigella, Vibrio, Yersinia, etc. It often also has antibacterial activity against multi-drug resistant bacteria. It has high antibacterial activity against penicillin-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae, enzyme-producing influenza bacilli and Moraxella. It has antibacterial activity against most strains of Pseudomonas such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This product has antibacterial activity against methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus, and only moderate antibacterial activity against Streptococcus pneumoniae, hemolytic Streptococcus and Enterococcus faecalis. It has good antimicrobial activity against Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma, Legionella, and also has antibacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and atypical mycobacteria. It has poor antibacterial activity against anaerobic bacteria. Ofloxacin is a bactericide that acts on the A subunit of bacterial DNA gyrase, inhibiting DNA synthesis and replication, leading to bacterial death.

Appearance
This product is an emulsion type milky white or slightly yellow ointment.
Indication
Used to treat impetigo, scabies, folliculitis, eczema infections, traumatic infections, ringworm infections and other purulent skin infections caused by sensitive bacteria.
Usage and Dosage
For external use, apply to the affected area 2 to 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
1. Occasionally there is a slight irritation. But it does not affect the continued treatment and efficacy. 2. Allergic reaction: rash, skin itching, occasionally exudative erythema multiforme and angioneurotic edema
Precautions
Patients who are allergic to this product and fluoroquinolones are contraindicated.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Generally not for infants and young children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women should not use it. It can be used with caution only when there is an indication for use and the benefits outweigh the risks. Lactating women should stop breastfeeding when using it. Precautions for the elderly: No such experiment has been conducted yet and there is no reliable reference literature.
Drug Interactions
Long-term and excessive use, after local absorption, may produce the same drug interactions as systemic medications, such as increasing the blood concentrations of drugs such as cyclosporine and probenecid, and interfering with the metabolism of caffeine.
