Compound Licorice and Fritillary Ammonium Chloride Tablets

The ammonium chloride in this product can reflexively increase the secretion of the respiratory mucosal glands, thereby making it easier to discharge sputum and facilitating the removal of sticky sputum; the Fritillaria fluid extract has the effects of relieving cough and reducing phlegm, clearing away heat and detoxifying, and dispersing nodules; the Platycodon fluid extract contains Platycodon saponins, which can increase the secretion of respiratory mucus, dilute sputum, and make it easier to cough up; the Polygala fluid extract contains Polygala saponins, which have the same effect as Platycodon saponins; the licorice fluid extract is a mucosal protective antitussive drug, which can cover the inflamed pharyngeal mucosa to reduce the stimulation of local sensory nerve endings, thereby exerting an antitussive effect; star anise oil can stimulate the gastric mucosa, reflexively causing an increase in tracheal and bronchial secretions, diluting sputum, and making it easier to cough up.

Ambenonium chloride

This product is a film-coated tablet, which is light brown in color after removing the coating and has a fragrant smell.

For patients with myasthenia gravis who cannot tolerate neostigmine, pyridostigmine or are allergic to bromine, the dose should be adjusted according to the patient's efficacy.

Oral administration: Adults, 1-2 tablets at a time, 3-4 times a day.

It is contraindicated for patients with bronchial asthma and intestinal or urinary tract obstruction, and cannot be used in combination with belladonna (atropine). It is also contraindicated for patients receiving the ganglion blocking drug mecamylamine.
