Tetrandrine Injection

Analgesics and anti-tumor drugs. This product can increase the pain threshold of experimental animals and has a significant analgesic effect. This product can inhibit formaldehyde-induced foot swelling and joint swelling in rats. It can reduce the permeability of rat acute inflammatory vessels and reduce the outflow of neutrophils. Its mechanism may be related to inhibiting the synthesis or release of inflammatory prostaglandins E. This product can significantly reduce and eliminate Sudan IV and PAS-positive substances in the lungs of rat experimental silicosis models, reduce the fluorescence intensity of alveolar septal proteoglycans, and reduce the filling material in the center of silicosis nodules.

The main ingredient of this product is tetrandrine.

1. Used for joint pain and neuralgia; 2. Used in combination with low-dose radiation for lung cancer, and can also be used for simple silicosis stage I, II, III and all stages of coal silicosis.

1. Anti-rheumatic and analgesic: intramuscular injection. 30 mg once a day. 2. Anti-silicosis: intravenous injection or intravenous drip. 200-300 mg a day, diluted with 5% glucose injection or sodium chloride injection, slowly injected or dripped. Use for 6 days, stop for 1 day, and the course of treatment is 3 months.
