Appearance

This product is a white loose solid. It should become a white uniform suspension within 1 minute after adding water for injection.

Indication

It is used to control pleural effusion and ascites caused by various tumors, and can also be used as an adjuvant treatment for lung cancer, malignant melanoma, bladder cancer, malignant lymphoma, advanced gastric cancer and esophageal cancer.

Usage and Dosage

For patients with malignant pleural effusion and ascites, after draining the pleural effusion as much as possible in advance, 600 μg can be injected into the pleural cavity once (injected after diluting with 20 ml of physiological sodium chloride solution); 800 μg can be injected into the abdominal cavity once (injected after diluting with 50 ml of physiological sodium chloride solution), 1 to 2 times a week, for a total of 2 to 4 times. After bladder cancer surgery, use this drug to retain the bladder and infuse it with 800 μg (injected after diluting with 50 ml of physiological sodium chloride solution) for 2 hours, once a week, and after 5 to 6 times in a row, change to once a month; in the second year, change to once every 2 months. Patients with lung cancer, malignant melanoma, malignant lymphoma, advanced gastric cancer, and esophageal cancer can use this product as an adjuvant to radiotherapy or chemotherapy after surgery. The method is subcutaneous injection, 200 to 400 μg at a time, once a week

Adverse Reactions

Some patients have mild side effects after subcutaneous injection of this drug, the most common of which is local redness and swelling (mild to moderate) at the injection site, and some patients may develop ulcers or mild to moderate fever. Generally, no special treatment is required, and symptomatic treatment is given when necessary.
