Function and Efficacy
Nisoldipine inhibits the voltage-dependent transmembrane calcium ion flow of smooth muscle, has a highly selective effect on vascular smooth muscle, dilates peripheral blood vessels and coronary blood vessels, improves oxygen supply due to coronary artery dilation, reduces afterload and reduces oxygen consumption. The therapeutic dose has no negative myocardial effect and does not affect the excitement and conduction of the heart, and has a certain effect of natriuresis. Long-term treatment does not produce tolerance.

Appearance
This product is a brown film-coated tablet, which turns yellow after removing the film coating.
Indication
Primary mild to moderate hypertension.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 5-10 mg per dose for adults, once a day.
Adverse Reactions
1. Circulatory system: sometimes palpitations, low blood pressure, chest pain, flushing, heat sensation, edema of limb drooping parts occur. 2. Psychoneural system: sometimes weakness, myalgia, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, fatigue, and less often chest pain occur. 3. Digestive system: sometimes nausea, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation occur. 4. Liver: sometimes abnormalities of GOT, GPT, ALP occur. 5. Kidney: sometimes abnormalities of BUN occur. 6. Allergies: sometimes rash occurs. 7. Occasionally frequent urination, gingival hyperplasia, and feminization of male breasts occur.
Precautions
1. Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited from using this product. Animal tests show that large amounts can cause finger (toe) deformities, and its safety in pregnant women cannot be confirmed. 2. Patients with shock are prohibited from using this product. 3. Drug Interactions
1. It has a synergistic effect when used with beta blockers or other antihypertensive drugs, and attention should be paid to postural hypotension. 2. When used with cimetidine, the blood concentration of this product can be increased and the effect can be enhanced. 3. Quinidine may slightly reduce the area under the drug-time curve (AUC) of this product, and the dosage of this product may need to be adjusted. 4. Rifampicin accelerates the metabolism of this product and weakens the antihypertensive effect by inducing the activity of the metabolic enzyme of this product, so the dosage of this product needs to be adjusted.
