Function and Efficacy
This product is a selective histamine H1 receptor antagonist. Animal experiments show that this product has no obvious anticholinergic and anti-5-hydroxytryptamine effects, and is not easy to pass through the blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier to act on the central H1 receptor. When used clinically, the central inhibitory effect is relatively mild.

Appearance
This product is white or off-white tablets.
Indication
Used for seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis, urticaria and skin itching caused by allergens.
Usage and Dosage
Oral: Adults or children over 12 years old, 10 mg once a day or as directed by a doctor. If adverse reactions occur, it can be changed to 5 mg in the morning and evening. For children aged 6 to 11, the recommended starting dose is 5 mg or 10 mg once a day, depending on the severity of symptoms. For children aged 2 to 5 years, the recommended starting dose is 2.5 mg once a day; the maximum dose can be increased to 5 mg once a day, or 2.5 mg every 12 hours.
Adverse Reactions
Adverse reactions are mild and transient, including drowsiness, sleepiness, headache, dizziness, agitation, dry mouth, and gastrointestinal discomfort. Occasionally, aspartate aminotransferase is slightly elevated.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Not clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Contraindicated for pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: This product has not been tested and there is no reliable reference.
