Function and Efficacy
Magnesium trisilicate and sodium bicarbonate in this product are antacids, which can neutralize gastric acid and relieve gastric burning and stomach pain; bismuth subnitrate is dispersed fine particles, which can firmly adhere to the gastric and duodenal mucosa, form a protective film, and promote mucosal regeneration; rhubarb has a mild laxative effect and can counteract constipation caused by bismuth subnitrate; costus root can promote qi and stop bleeding, regulate the middle and remove stagnation, and protect the mucosa; licorice contains deoxycorticosterone, which can promote epithelial cells to secrete HCO3- and prevent hydrogen ion reverse diffusion; calamus can stop abnormal gastrointestinal fermentation; tangerine peel can promote qi and strengthen the spleen, reduce reverse and stop vomiting. Belladonna extract can inhibit gastric juice secretion, relieve smooth muscle spasm, and delay gastric emptying.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation. Each tablet contains 48 mg of magnesium trisilicate, 24 mg of bismuth subnitrate, 48 mg of sodium bicarbonate, 24 mg of costusroot, 70 mg of tangerine peel, 70 mg of liquorice, 6 mg of calamus, 6 mg of rhubarb, and 0.002 ml of belladonna fluid extract.

Appearance
This product is light yellow-brown tablets.
Indication
Used for stomach pain, heartburn and acid reflux caused by chronic gastritis and excessive gastric acid.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults, 3 to 5 tablets at a time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
A few patients experience mild gastrointestinal discomfort.
Precautions
1. Patients with glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, urinary retention, appendicitis and acute abdomen are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients with fractures and hypophosphatemia are prohibited from using this product.

Drug Interactions
