Function and Efficacy
This product is a third-generation angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, which can inhibit the activity of angiotensin converting enzyme, reduce the concentration of angiotensin II and aldosterone, increase plasma renin activity, lead to peripheral vasodilation and decreased vascular resistance, and thus produce a hypotensive effect. The hypotensive effect occurs within about 2 hours after oral administration, and the maximum hypotensive effect occurs about 4 to 6 hours after oral administration, which is consistent with the peak time of blood drug concentration (tmax). The hypotensive effect lasts for 24 hours, and there will be no blood pressure rebound after stopping the drug, and there is no significant change in heart rate after taking the drug.
