Function and Efficacy
1. Pharmacology: The mechanism of action of this product is to reduce the synthesis of prostaglandins by inhibiting cyclooxygenase, inhibit the action of inflammatory active substances, and produce analgesic effects; inhibit the chemotaxis of leukocytes and the release of lysosomal enzymes, inhibit inflammatory symptoms; inhibit the synthesis and release of prostaglandins in the hypothalamic thermoregulatory center, causing peripheral vasodilation and sweating, thereby increasing heat dissipation. 2. Toxicology: The results of acute toxicity tests showed that the LD50 of oral administration to mice was 1395 mg/kg.

Indication
This product is suitable for acute and chronic rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other inflammatory pain
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 2 capsules at a time, 3 times a day, and increase to 4 capsules each time if necessary.
Adverse Reactions
1. Gastrointestinal reactions: nausea and vomiting. 2. Inhibition of the hematopoietic system: granulocytopenia, etc., occasionally aplastic anemia.
Precautions

Drug Interactions
1. Long-term use with acetaminophen can increase renal toxicity. When used with other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, the incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding increases. 2. When used with aspirin or other salicylic acid drugs, the efficacy is not enhanced, but gastrointestinal adverse reactions increase significantly. Due to the enhanced inhibition of platelet aggregation, the bleeding tendency can be increased.
