Ingredients

This product is a compound preparation, and its components are: each tablet contains 0.03 mg of reserpine, 1 mg of hydralazine hydrochloride, 1.5 mg of hydrochlorothiazide, 0.025 mg of cyclopenthiazide, 2 mg of promethazine hydrochloride, 1 mg of vitamin B1, 1 mg of vitamin B6, 5 mg of rutin, 30 mg of potassium chloride, and 2.5 mg of chloroquine phosphate.

Usage and Dosage

Drug Interactions

When used in combination with beta-blockers, the latter's effect may be enhanced. (3) When used in combination with digitalis or quinidine, large doses may cause arrhythmias. (4) When used in combination with levodopa, dopamine may be depleted, leading to Parkinson's disease. (5) When used in combination with indirect adrenergic drugs such as ephedrine and amphetamine, catecholamine storage may be depleted, inhibiting the effect of adrenergic drugs. (6) When used in combination with direct adrenergic drugs such as epinephrine, isoproterenol, norepinephrine, metaraminol, phenylephrine, etc., their effects may be prolonged. (7) When used in combination with tricyclic antidepressants, reserpine and antidepressants may interact with each other.
