Function and Efficacy
Sodium and chloride are important components of extracellular fluid. An appropriate amount of sodium chloride can maintain normal blood and extracellular fluid volume and osmotic pressure. The sodium concentration in human serum remains constant, generally at 135-145 mmol/L. The loss of sodium chloride is often accompanied by water loss. Different loss ratios can cause hyperosmotic or hypoosmotic blood. Glucose is an important nutrient for the human body. Each 1g of glucose can produce 4 kcal of heat energy, so it is used to supplement calories. Glucose and sodium chloride injection can be used to supplement water, calories, electrolytes, and maintain the stability of body fluid volume and osmotic pressure.

Appearance
This product is a white ointment with an emulsion base.
Indication
This product is suitable for the treatment of cutaneous candidiasis caused by Candida albicans; tinea pedis, tinea cruris and tinea corporis caused by Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Epidermophyton floccosum and Microsporum canis, tinea versicolor caused by Malassezia furfur, and can also be used to treat paronychia, tinea barbae and tinea capitis.
Usage and Dosage
Intravenous drip, dosage depends on the condition.
Adverse Reactions
Generally, there are no adverse reactions. Improper use may cause: 1. Increased blood pressure, headache, and dizziness. 2. Weight gain and edema. 3. Increased blood volume leading to accelerated heart rate, chest tightness, shortness of breath, and wheezing in the lungs.
Precautions
Patients with the following diseases are prohibited from using this product: 1. Heart failure. 2. Pulmonary edema. 3. Brain edema, increased intracranial pressure. 4. Oliguria in acute renal failure; patients with chronic renal failure who do not respond well to diuretics. 5. Hypernatremia. 6. Diabetes. 7. Low plasma protein.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: No special effects have been found for external use of this product in children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: 1. No adverse effects on the fetus were found when clotrimazole was given vaginally in the last 3 months of pregnancy. However, in studies on mice and rats, oral administration of clotrimazole at 50-120 mg/kg body weight showed embryotoxicity, but no teratogenic effect was found. Therefore, pregnant women should use it with caution. 2. Clotrimazole can be secreted into breast milk when this product is used externally by lactating women, so lactating women should stop breastfeeding when using this product. Precautions for the elderly: No special effects have been found for external use of this product in elderly patients.
