Function and Efficacy
This product belongs to Class Ib antiarrhythmic drugs, inhibits the permeability of cell membrane to Na, but does not promote K outflow. It can slow down the conduction of various parts of the cardiac conduction system, reduce membrane reactivity, increase the excitation threshold, prolong the effective adaptation period of the atrium, atrioventricular node, His-Purkinje system (Purkinjes fibers) and ventricle, and block the forward and reverse conduction of the bypass pathway.

Appearance
This product is a sugar-coated tablet, which appears off-white after removing the sugar coating.
Indication
Used for frequent ventricular and atrial premature contractions, paroxysmal ventricular and atrial tachycardia, preexcitation syndrome, tachycardia, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Oral. Adults: Generally 100 mg (4 tablets) for the first dose, 50-100 mg (2-4 tablets) for the next 6-8 hours, no more than 300 mg (12 tablets) for the day, 100-150 mg (4-6 tablets) each for 2-3 days, divided into 2-3 doses, then gradually reduced to the maintenance dose, which is 50-100 mg (2-4 tablets) per day. Children and the elderly: Reduce the dosage as appropriate, or follow the doctor's advice.
Adverse Reactions
Individual patients may experience vertigo, ataxia, paresthesia, hallucinations, diplopia, memory impairment, and hand tremors. In severe cases, epileptic convulsions may occur, and nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea may also be seen. Occasionally, idiosyncratic reactions such as elevated ALT, cholestatic jaundice, and agranulocytosis may occur.
Precautions
1. Patients with moderate or severe atrioventricular conduction delay and severe intraventricular conduction delay are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients with a history of epileptic seizures are prohibited from using this product. 3. Patients with jaundice or abnormal blood count are prohibited from using this product. 4. Patients with severe heart failure are prohibited from using this product. 5. Patients who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using this product.

Precautions for children: Not clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution. Precautions for the elderly: Use with caution.
Drug Interactions
When procaine or lidocaine is used for infiltration anesthesia at the same time, the drug should be discontinued or the dosage should be reduced for 2 to 3 days. It should not be used together with other antiarrhythmic drugs.
