Typhoid Vi polysaccharide vaccine
Ingredients
This product is made by diluting the Vi polysaccharide antigen purified after culturing of Salmonella typhi.
Appearance
It is a colorless, transparent liquid without foreign matter or clots.
Indication
After vaccination, this vaccine can make the body produce humoral immune response. It is used to prevent typhoid fever caused by Salmonella typhi.
Usage and Dosage
1. Route: Intramuscular injection into the upper arm deltoid muscle after disinfection. 2. Dosage: 0.5 ml per person. (3) Number of immunizations: once.
Adverse Reactions
The reaction is mild, with occasional short-term low fever and slight local tenderness, which can be relieved on its own.
Precautions
The following people should not use this vaccine. 1. Fever, severe heart disease, hypertension, liver or kidney disease, and active tuberculosis. 2. Pregnant women, menstruating women, and breastfeeding women. 3. People with a history of allergic reactions.
Storage
Store and transport at 2-8°C away from light.
Packaging Specification
Each vial contains 1 ml (2 human doses). Each human dose is 0.5 ml and contains no less than 30 μg of typhoid Vi polysaccharide.
