This defoamer is used in oilfield drilling mud, mortar, mining, beneficiation, and oil water separation process, etc.

Recommended dosage:

Usage:
Well drilling/well cementation:

1.Direct add this defoamer to the well drilling mud as additives, when formulating mud, firstly add the defoamer to soil particle, stone particle.
2.Also can add this defoamer to the slurry mixing trucks box.
3.Recommended dosage: 0.02%~0.03%

Delay coking process:

1.The foam forming in the coking tower, as the material viscosity largening and the solid forming, it would form a stable foam layer, using this defoamer can reduce the height of foam layer, and prevent the overflowing situation. This defoamer normally it’s added from the top of coking tower, and often use light gas-oil inject in, the main application of carrying oil is to keep the cleaning of pipeline and help the silicone oil to distribute to the foams.
2.Recommended dosage: 3ppm~10ppm, before using, please dilute this defoamer with coal oil or diesel oil to 1~10 times.
3.The specific usage shall be determined through the laboratory test.
