L-lysine is an essential amino acid. Many people know that several amino acids are known as the “building blocks of protein” and are needed in order for a huge number of proper internal functions, including growth. L-Lysine Monohydrochloride is a Hydrochloride salt of l-lysine, it's a form of l-lysine, it's more stable than l-lysine.

l-Lysine hydrochloride is widely used as nutritional supplements in food and beverage to support immune system function due to its antibacterial and antiviral properties, to support workout recovery and muscle growth, improve energy metabolism, promote healthy cartilage and skin, and to alleviate anxiety and stress. This supplement may be combined with Vitamin C to improve resistance to the common cold.

Lysine can enhance animal appetite, improve body's resistance to disease and promote growth. Proper adding of lysine in animal grain feed can not only accelerate the growth of livestock and poultry, shorten herds period, but also greatly increase the proportion of lean meat. Besides, pork or chicken taste better by adding lysine into feed for pigs and chicken.
