Applications

Food Industry : Ammonium Bicarbonate is widely used as leavening agent in biscuits, crisp pastries, peach shortbread and puffed snacks. It decomposes rapidly during baking to generate gas, creating light, crispy and porous texture for baked goods.

Agricultural Field : Agricultural grade Ammonium Bicarbonate acts as nitrogen fertilizer, supplying nitrogen nutrients to promote crop growth.

Industrial Field : Industrial grade Ammonium Bicarbonate is used in rubber manufacturing, foaming processes and wastewater treatment.

Packaging and Storage

Packed in 25kg multi-ply paper bags or woven bags with inner PE liner, or 500kg–1000kg jumbo bags. Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from moisture, high temperature, acids, direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep tightly sealed after opening to avoid decomposition and ammonia release.
