Application:

1. Coupling agent and inorganic filler

Amino groups and methoxy groups are used to couple organic polymers and inorganic fillers to enhance their cohesiveness and improve the mechanical, electrical, water resistance and anti-aging properties of the product

2. Mineral filling

Used in thermoplastic and thermosetting resins such as phenolic, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, and carbonate filled with minerals, which can greatly improve the physical and mechanical properties of reinforced plastics such as bending strength, compressive strength, and shear strength in wet and dry states. Performance and wet electrical performance, and improve the wettability and dispersion of fillers in polymers. In resin sand casting, it can enhance the adhesion of resin silica sand, improve the strength and moisture resistance of molding sand. In the production of glass fiber cotton and mineral wool, adding it to the phenolic binder can improve moisture resistance and increase compression resilience.

3. Adhesion promoter

Can be used in polyurethane, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic adhesives and sealants to improve pigment dispersion and improve adhesion to glass, aluminum, ferrous metals, also suitable for polyurethane, epoxy and acrylic latex coatings.
This product is also used in the synthesis of amino silicone oil and its emulsion
