Product description

Sodium lignin sulfonate (lignin sodium) is a concentrated, modified reaction and spray-dried extract from the wood pulping process. The product is a coffee-colored free-flowing powder that is easily soluble in water and has stable chemical properties. It will not decompose if stored in a sealed container for a long time. Lignin series products are a kind of surfactant that can be used to produce multiple products through modification, processing, and compounding. They are mainly used in resins, rubber, dyes, pesticides, ceramics, cement, asphalt, feed, water treatment, coal-water slurry, concrete, refractory materials, oil field drilling, compound fertilizers, smelting, casting, and adhesives. Experiments have shown that sodium lignin sulfonate is very effective in preventing sandy soil and can also be used as a desert sand fixation agent.

Application

1. Concrete water reducer: It is a powdered low-air entraining slow-setting water reducer, which belongs to anionic surfactants. It has adsorption and dispersion effects on cement and can improve various physical properties of concrete. It reduces water consumption by more than 13%, improves the workability of concrete, and can greatly reduce the initial hydration heat of cement hydration. It can be compounded into early strength agent, retarder, antifreeze agent, pumping agent, etc. The liquid admixture made by compounding with naphthalene-based high-efficiency water reducer basically has no precipitation.
2. Coal-water slurry additive: Adding this product in the process of preparing coal-water slurry can increase the output of high-speed mill, maintain the normal condition of pulping system, reduce pulping power consumption, increase the concentration of coal-water slurry, reduce oxygen consumption and coal consumption in the gasification process, improve the efficiency of cold coal gas, and reduce the viscosity of coal-water slurry and achieve a certain stability and fluidity.
3. Refractory material and ceramic body enhancer: In the manufacturing process of large-sized wall and floor tiles and refractory bricks, it can make the particles of body raw materials firmly bonded, and can increase the strength of dry body by 20%-60% or more.
4. Fillers and dispersants in dye industry and pesticide processing: When used as dispersants and fillers for reducing dyes and disperse dyes, it can increase the color strength of dyes, make coloring more uniform, and shorten the time of dye grinding; in pesticide processing, it can be used as fillers, dispersants and suspending agents, greatly improving the suspension rate and wetting properties of wettable powders.
5. As a binder for powdered and granular materials: used for balling of iron ore powder, lead-zinc ore powder, pulverized coal, and coke powder; pressing of cast iron and cast steel sand molds; extrusion molding of mud brick wall and floor tiles; the balling of ore materials can achieve good effects such as high strength, good stability, and lubrication of molds.

6. Mineral powder binder: The smelting industry mixes mineral powder with it to make mineral powder balls, which are dried and put into the kiln to improve the smelting recovery rate. It can also be used as a mineral separation agent.

7. Used as a diluent dispersant and viscosity reducer in drilling; improve the fluidity in crude oil transportation and reduce energy consumption. In petroleum products, it is used as a detergent, dispersant, high alkalinity additive, rust inhibitor, antistatic agent, emulsifying and viscosity reducing agent, wax remover and wax inhibitor, etc.
