Iron Oxide Brown is a brown powdery inorganic pigment mainly composed of a mixture of iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, and sometimes iron oxide black. It has excellent light fastness and chemical stability, and is widely used for coloring in coatings, plastics, building materials, and inks.

(1) Coatings and paints field: It is used in architectural coatings (such as exterior wall paints, interior decorative paints), industrial coatings (coatings for metal components, mechanical equipment) and wood paints. It provides a natural and long-lasting brown hue, while improving the light resistance and anti-aging performance of the coatings to extend their service life.
(2) Plastics and rubber field: It colors plastic products (such as plastic pipes, home appliance casings, daily necessities) and rubber products (such as tires, seals, rubber hoses). Its high-temperature resistance allows it to adapt to the high-temperature environment during processing, and it is not easy to fade after long-term use, ensuring the appearance stability of the products.
(3) Building materials field: It is added to colored cement, concrete products (such as floor tiles, sidewalk bricks), ceramic glazes and artificial stones to endow building materials with brown appearances of different shades. At the same time, it enhances the weather resistance and corrosion resistance of building materials, maintaining the long-term brightness of the color on the building surface.
(4) Other fields: It is also used for coloring inks (such as packaging printing inks, industrial marking inks) and paper (decorative paper, special packaging paper), and can be used as a brown colorant in cosmetics (which must meet strict safety standards) and artistic pigments.
