    Fmoc-His(Trt)-OH CAS: 109425-51-6 is a kind of Fmoc protected amino acid raw materials, which can be selected from reagent grade and industrial grade. The side chain of histidine is properly protected by TRT group .Purity from 95~99%. 


    Fmoc-His (Trt)-OH is a protected amino acid derivative used for solid-phase peptide synthesis, with ‌CAS number of 109425-51-6. The α-amino group is protected by Fmoc group, and the histidine side chain is protected by (TRT) group, which can prevent racemization and formation of by-products.


    Fmoc-His(Trt)-OH is a histidine derivative with a trityl (Trt) group protecting his side chain. Fmoc-His(Trt)-OH also has Fmoc groups protecting α-NH2. Fmoc-His(Trt)-OH can be used in solid-phase synthetic peptides to prevent racemization and formation of by-products.


    Fmoc-His(Trt)-OH can be used as a precursor of histidine protection in solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), and participate in peptide chain construction through amide bond formation. Fmoc-His(Trt)-OH can accurately embed the target peptide sequence, ensure the correct synthesis of peptide chains and reduce the generation of impurities. It is mainly used for the solid-phase synthesis of pharmaceutical peptides and bioactive peptides, especially for the preparation of peptide drugs that need to accurately control the histidine configuration.

    Peptide synthesis is a solid-state synthesis sequence that generally starts from the C-terminal (carboxyl end) to the N-terminal (amino end). Peptide synthesis can generally be divided into two types: solid-phase synthesis and liquid-phase peptide synthesis.


    Fmoc-Ser(tBu)-OH is a serine derivative. Amino acids and amino acid derivatives have been commercialized as energy supplements. They affect the secretion of anabolic hormones, fuel supply during exercise, mental performance during stress-related tasks, and prevent muscle injury caused by exercise. They are considered as beneficial dietary substances.
