      Product Introduction

Sodium Hydrosulfide (Common Name: NaHS, CAS:16721-80-5,EINECS:240-778-0, HS Code:2830109000) is a versatile inorganic sulfur compound produced by half-neutralization of hydrogen sulfide with sodium hydroxide. Our industrial grade products comply with GB/T 23937-2020 and international quality standards. It appears as yellow to orange flakes (70-72% solid) or colorless to light yellow aqueous solution (35-60% liquid), featuring strong reducing properties and characteristic rotten egg odor (due to H₂S release). With excellent sulfur-donating ability, it is widely used in leather, mining, pulp & paper, dyeing and water treatment industries.

70% flake product: 25kg woven bags with inner PE liner, 900kg bulk bags or 1000kg FIBC containers. 35-60% liquid product: 200kg plastic drums, 1000kg IBC tanks or ISO tank containers. Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse away from heat sources and open flames. Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent H₂S gas release and moisture absorption. Avoid contact with acids, oxidizing agents, and food materials. Shelf life is 12 months for flakes and 6 months for liquid under proper storage conditions.
    Safety Information
Classified as hazardous goods (UN 2318, Class 4.2: Spontaneously Combustible Substances) for transportation. The product is corrosive and releases toxic H₂S gas when in contact with acids or water. It may cause severe irritation to skin, eyes and respiratory tract. Wear chemical-resistant gloves, goggles and self-contained breathing apparatus during handling. In case of contact, rinse the affected area with plenty of clean water immediately and seek medical attention if irritation persists. Complete MSDS and relevant qualification certificates can be provided upon request.
