Quizartinib dihydrochloride (CAS 1132827-21-4), also known as AC220 dihydrochloride, is the dihydrochloride salt form of quizartinib, a potent and selective FMS-like tyrosine kinase-3 (FLT3) inhibitor . It has the molecular formula C₂₉H₃₄Cl₂N₆O₄S and a molecular weight of 633.59 g/mol . Quizartinib is developed for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), particularly in patients with FLT3-ITD mutations .
