Lactase (Beta Galactosidase) is an enzyme derived from Aspergillus oryzae. It can hydrolyze lactose into glucose and galactose. This product complies with FCC VII standard, off-white powder, activity ≥100,000 ALU/g. It is widely used in dairy industry to produce low-lactose milk, yogurt; also used as raw material for dietary supplements to help relieve lactose intolerance.
