Uses

Reduced brown G is mainly used for dyeing cotton fibers. It has good level dyeing, medium affinity, high color yield and good fastness. It is the main dye for beige. It is also used for one-bath or two-bath dyeing of Victoria cotton and polyester cotton. It is often dyed with various types of brown and beige gray with reduced brown R, reduced brown GG, and reduced brown BR.
