Reactive Blue 14 Use and Manufacturing
With copper phthalocyanine blue, aniline-2, 5-disulfonic acid, cyanuric chloride, ethylenediamine, chlorosulfonic acid, etc. as the main raw materials, the cyanuric chloride and aniline-2, 5-disulfonic acid are first The first condensation is followed by the second condensation with ethylenediamine; then the product obtained by the reaction of copper phthalocyanine blue and chlorosulfonic acid is refined and then subjected to the third condensation with the aforementioned twice-condensed product, followed by salting out , Filtered and dried to obtain the finished product. . Add 342kg of chlorosulfonic acid (95%) and 60.5kg of copper phthalocyanine blue (95%) into the reaction pot, raise the temperature to 130℃±2℃, keep it for 4h, then lower the temperature to 65℃ and stabilize for 2h. Then add 95kg thionyl chloride (100%) dropwise. After adding, the temperature is raised to 65-70°C, after 30 minutes the temperature is raised to 90°C, the temperature is kept 30min, and then the temperature is raised to 100-105°C, and the temperature is kept 30min. Dilute with ice water and filter to obtain filter cake for later use. React 45.2kg of aniline-2, 5-bissulfonic acid (100%) with 35kg of cyanuric chloride (industrial product) at pH=6-6.5, 5-10℃ for about 8h, and filter to obtain the first condensation product. The first condensation product was reacted with 9.7kg ethylenediamine (100%) at 30-35℃ for 6h to obtain the second condensation product. In the third condensation pot, first add 400L ice water, add all the chlorosulfonated filter cake at 0℃, beat for 20min, slowly add 10-20kg sodium bicarbonate (industrial product), adjust pH=6-7, divide more Add ammonia water (about 22L) at one time, heat to 15-20°C, keep for 1h. Then add the second condensation product, raise the temperature to 30-35℃, add about 200L dropwise with 10% sodium hydroxide solution, adjust pH=9-10, keep it for 4h, then adjust with 18% hydrochloric acid (about 10-30kg) pH=6.5-7. Finally, add refined salt to salt out according to 25%-30% of the volume of the reaction material, and filter to obtain the product. After being dried, crushed, and mixed with sodium sulfate, the finished product is obtained.
Mainly used for printing cotton and silk fabrics, not suitable for viscose fiber
