Sodium benzenesulfinate Use and Manufacturing
Used as an analytical reagent; Sodium benzenesulfinate is an intermediate in the preparation of chrysanthemum acid by the Martel method, and can also be used as a photographic reducing agent. This product is a primary brightener for bright nickel plating. It has the effect of significantly reducing the grain size of the nickel plating layer, making the plating layer bright and making the plating layer good ductility. The general dosage is 0.1～0.3g/L. Used as a polymeric adhesion enhancer and plasticizer, used for the plasticization and modification of polyamide, epoxy resin, and phenolic resin; this chemical is specially manufactured for the photographic, pharmaceutical, and electroplating industries.
