Direct Orange 26 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Using scarlet acid (5, 5'-dihydroxy-2, 2'-dinaphthylurea-7, 7'-disulfonic acid) and aniline as raw materials, first diazotize the aniline, and then couple with scarlet acid to obtain the product, After salting out, filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained. . After diazotizing 19.5kg aniline (100%), 26kg sulfuric acid (100%), 14.5kg sodium nitrite (100%), 240kg water, and 50.4kg scarlet acid (100%), 26.95kg sodium carbonate ( 100%), 3.91kg of sodium hydroxide (100%), 200kg of water for coupling reaction, then salting out, pressure filtration, drying to obtain about 100-110kg product.

Uses

Used for dyeing cotton, linen, viscose and other fabrics, and also for dyeing silk, nylon and pulp
