Sulfachloropyridazine is a broad spectrum sulfonamide used against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative aerobic bacteria.

Methods of Manufacturing

Use maleic anhydride and hydrazine hydrate to react with hydrochloric acid to form 3, 6-dihydroxypyridazine, and then chlorinate with phosphorus trichloride to obtain 3, 6-dichloropyridazine. The product was obtained by condensation with the participation of potassium carbonate.
